Onboarding Field Employee:

No Helpdesk ticket is required for Onboarding a field employee. There is a workflow in place completed every Friday before Monday’s orientation.

o   During New Hire Orientation, IT provides users with their credentials to OneLogin, @gateshudson email, CORE credential setup, a tour of all 4 helpdesks, and how to submit a helpdesk ticket.



Offboarding Field Employee:

No Helpdesk ticket is required if the employee submitted their notice/regular termination/departure.

o   Once you have submitted the Termination workflow in UKG and HR has approved it, OneLogin will automatically deactivate. I will receive the termination notification and then proceed with removing all access.

Confidential/Immediate Terminations:

  1.  Always start with the HR workflow in UKG for any termination.
  2. Submit a helpdesk ticket for any Confidential/Immediate terminations.

o   Provide the Employee's First and last name and/or Email, and the date/time you would like access cut-off; a 24-hour notice is recommended. 

§  IT will remove access to their OneLogin account and any other software managed by our Team.

Any requests submitted after hours with no advance notice will be handled the next business day.
